Our work combines polymer physics, molecular simulation, and machine learning. Current opportunities are listed below.
Undergraduate Researchers
Undergraduate students interested in joining the group can email a CV to shengli@mailbox.sc.edu. We can then chat about possible projects.
PhD Students
We expect to recruit one fully funded PhD student, starting in Spring or Fall 2027.
Applicants should hold an undergraduate degree in chemical engineering or a related field. Experience in molecular simulation, machine learning, or scientific programming is preferred.
Spring or Fall 2027 | Preferred deadline October 31, 2026
Applicants must also apply through the USC Graduate School.
